Llys Meddyg at Chef’s Night Out
This Saturday we are cooking for a table in the charity fundraising event Chef’s Night Out in Cardiff. We are very happy to be supporting this event in aid of Ty Hafan children’s hospice. Matt has devised a delicious four course menu which has been inspired by the fruits of Pembrokeshire. We had a dreamy evening picking oysters and samphire on the Cleddau yesterday. Prawns have come into Fishguard this evening. Lovely belly pork from Glas Pant farm in Nevern and organic veg from Nathan and Alicia at Troed Y Rhiw near Newquay. Thank you also to Icon Wines and Celtic Wines for supplying the wine for the evening.
