One of our favourite pastimes here at Llys Meddyg is to grab a bucket and go forage for food on the shores of the Nevern estuary. Join Ed for an educational ‘Fish Week Forage’ where we will go and see what seafood we can find in and around Newport and cook up a risotto afterwards. Weather permitting we will either cook on the shoreline, or retreat to Llys Meddyg and cook there.

This is a perfect family event! Bring your wellies and some buckets and spades for digging. Wet weather gear recommended, as we will be wading around on the shoreline. You might get muddy and wet! We will forage at low-tide and cook either a lunch or evening meal. Picnic snacks and hot drink on the forage, plus risotto meal, included in the price.

Dates: Sunday 26th June (FULLY BOOKED) and Sunday 3rd July @ 2pm.

Cost: £25 adults, £12 children (under 5yrs go free).
