Really Wild Dining Club Evening 21st November 2014
We are delighted to be hosting another evening for the Really Wild Dining Club on Friday 21st November, organised together with The Really Wild Food Festival which normally takes place in St Davids, Pembrokeshire every year.
Our kitchen team, together with Ed Sykes will spend a busy day foraging along our local hedgerows, estuary and seashore to gather a wide range of tasty wild foods in preparation for this special evening event.
Expect the menu to be extraordinary, and look forward to a feast of foraged delicacies skillfully prepared and exquisitely served — a real wild food banquet!
Foraged wild foods feature regularly on our seasonal menus in The Dining Room, and we are passionate about using fresh locally sourced produce to ensure our menus always reflect our Pembrokeshire location with great respect for the season.
