Kitchen Garden Dining
Llys Meddyg’s Kitchen Garden is a bright, informal dining room that opens into the beautiful and enclosed secret garden.
Open for lunch and evening meals during the summer holidays the emphasis is on simplicity, with local fresh fish, seafood, meats and salads being the stars.
The garden was once the site of a prosperous market garden and in post war times Llys Meddyg sent dahlias and roses via train to be sold at Covent Garden Market in London. Some of the old cold frame bases are still standing and are now used for growing fresh herbs for the kitchen.

Families love the enclosed garden area as children are safe from any roads. There are flowerbeds to explore, giant beanbags to lounge on (great for adults too!). Toddler bikes available and we also have giant garden games to play.
The Kitchen Garden room is also the favoured area for weddings and parties and celebrations. This room is available for private functions and events throughout the year and is centrally heated in the colder months.
