We’re set on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and we like to think of ourselves as a place for people to relax, catch up with friends and explore new tastes and food concepts, whether that’s in our Cellar Bar, Kitchen Garden or Restaurant.

 

About the role…

You will be an experienced and creative Bar Manager & Mixologist, able to inspire and motivate our bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beers and ales, and for crafting exceptional cocktails using local, seasonal, and foraged ingredients. This role requires excellent people skills, the ability to train and support staff, and a commitment to creating a relaxed and welcoming guest experience while ensuring timely service. The Bar Manager will act as a supportive leader to the team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards.

What about the nitty gritty of the role?

As the Bar Manager & Mixologist, you’ll be responsible for cocktail craft & creation, delivering a relaxed & positive guest experience, maintaining supplier relationships, alongside inventory and stock managment. You’ll be flexible as hours of work are variable to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
